Short-Term Rental Restrictions

We reiterate the Association’s policy regarding short-term rentals, as outlined in Section 7.8 of the Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs). Short-term rentals, defined as rentals for a period of less than 30 days, are strictly prohibited within our community. The Association’s Board of Directors and Management understand the importance of maintaining a harmonious and residential environment for all homeowners. Short-term rentals can disrupt the community’s character and create issues within the community, including but not limited to use of our amenities by non-homeowners. If you have any questions or concerns regarding this policy, please contact the Association Management.
Change in Management Companies

The Board is excited to introduce our new Association Manager, Boschken Properties, who will be taking over full management on May 1, 2024. Please be on the lookout for a letter and email from Boschken on or around the week of April 15th with information on getting your account set up for May payment. Boschken has managed Stonegate for a number of years and we received glowing reviews from the Stonegate board and residents. As long time Davis residents (40+ years!) the Boschken Properties Team, Steve, Kit and James Boschken, bring a wealth of experience in community and property management to The Cannery.
Cat Demands Midnight Snack

Inside sources tell us that a neighborhood cat, Crystal, demanded a midnight snack last night. Witnesses report her pawing her favorite human's face until he woke up, continuing various antics until she got what she wanted.
